Refund policy

Our policy is valid for a period of 7 calendar days from the date of the booking cancelation. If you are not capable of using our yacht rental service, you can ask for a refund. Depending on our terms of cancelation policy you are entitled to receive a refund .

Refund requirements

The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:

 – Customer’s account must be in good standing .

 – Our yacht rental service on the specific dates you booked for the specific yacht you booked  will be used again from another customer. Means we will be able to have a rebooking .  

 – The charter season will work under normal operation excluding conditions like a pandemic .

If the conditions listed above are not met, we reserve the right not to issue a refund but to issue a voucher to you so you can use it for the next time that you will be able to fulfill the charter. It’s important to keep in mind that before you cancel a booking , its imperative to have a very good reason for it . Moreover , we strongly advice you to have your charter holidays INSURED . If you don’t know any such insurance company , please ask for our acquaintances.

Cancelation Policy

Please note we have our own cancelation policy regarding booking cancelations . Please check carefully if you meet the criteria and for what are you entitled of .

  • Booking cancelled, more than 75 days before embarkation, 20% of the total charter fee will kept.
  • Booking cancelled between 74 & 45 days before embarkation, 50% of the total charter fee will be kept.
  • Booking cancelled between 45 & 30 days before embarkation, 80% of the total charter fee will be kept.
  • Booking cancelled less than 30 days before embarkation, 100% of the total charter fee will be kept .

Vouchers
• All vouchers issued within the same year of the booking , need to be cleared with booking dates in a week after the original booking cancellation .
• All vouchers issued the present year for a booking that needs to be done the following year , need to be cleared with booking dates by the end of the present year.
